About Me

Hey! Well, I suppose if you clicked on this page you must want to know a little more about me...so here goes! :D

I guess I will start with the basics. My name is Courtney and I am a self-taught photographer. I have two of the most loving and amazing Christian parents in the world! I have a sweet older brother and two awesome sisters who are my best friends. I also have a MAJOR soft spot for animals which results in us also having three dogs, four horses, a cat and several chickens. Animals make me happy! :P 

I am a Christian, and I try my hardest to love the Lord will all of my heart. I desire to be pleasing to Him more than anything else in this world, and although I fail at it more than I succeed, He never fails to remind me that His "grace is sufficient for me, for power is perfected in weakness." (2 Cor. 12:9) And for that I am truly undeserving and very thankful.

I might be unusual in the fact that I absolutely LOVE guns. Any kind, any size. I love shooting them and I do keep a 12 ga. by my bed...just in case! The country song that says "Our house is protected by the good Lord and a gun, and you just might meet 'em both if you show up here unwelcomed son." is definitely true for our house! :D My grandfather and father are Marines, thus I think it runs in my blood.

After hanging around me for probably no more than an hour, you will no doubt soon realize that I am a die-hard Crimson Tide fan. ROLL TIDE! My uncle (pictured above) is the one who got me started from a young age, and I will never quite know how to thank him for introducing me to the best football team EVER! (Oh yeah! I went there!!! hehe)
